About this job:

  • Delivery of the end to end recruitment process with stressing on sourcing, talent pool, campus recruitment also ad hoc tasks and projects. Focused on providing high levels of service and quality to stakeholders and clients.
  • Working with hiring managers to understand their requisitions, agree process and manage expectations.
  • Ensure candidates receive an excellent experience, engaging them with the Syngenta brand, function and opportunity.

Accountabilities:

  • Conduct briefing / strategy meetings with hiring managers to understand their recruitment requirements.
  • Agree ways of working and communication channels with the hiring manager to ensure expectations are aligned.
  • Create high - impact and creative job adverts and other recruitment materials that are in line with corporate Syngenta branding utilizing the company’s employee value propositions (EVP) and any key functional messages which increases candidate attraction.
  • Manage end to end candidate selection process.
  • Ensure all interview logistics are coordinated well.
  • Drive the offer management.
  • Recruitment related administration related with candidates, vendors, internal parties.
  • Maintain the candidate workflow in the Application Tracking System.
  • Contribute to the achievement of SLAs and KPIs, whilst always focusing on the ‘customer’.
  • Ensure issue and escalation management process is followed where necessary.
  • Take responsibility for own continuous professional development.

You will bring the following essential knowledge & experience:

  • Max 8 years of significant Talent Acquisition experience in multiple recruiting environments (i.e. mix of working experience in multinational agency and corporation).
  • Demonstrated experience in part / full life cycle recruitment including good sourcing approaches to attract suitable candidates.
  • Sufficient knowledge with a thorough understanding of recruiting best practices and well versed in various sourcing & recruiting methodologies.
  • Experienced in interviewing and assessment methods or tools.
  • Demonstrated successful behavioural interviewing and assessment skills..
  • Demonstrated ability to build strong relationships and to influence a broad range of stakeholders.
  • Bachelor’s degree of psychology from reputable university and preferably has Master degree in related field from reputable university.
  • Good knowledge of applicant tracking systems and CRM for recruitment.
  • Good business acumen and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good interpersonal communication skills.
  • Confident communicator with strong command of English both written and verbal.
  • Ability to create action plans with solutions.
  • Proactive, positive, mature, has can-do attitude and results-driven attitude.
  • Good stakeholder management skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.
