Job Description - Talent Acquisition Intern:
Responsibilities
Review resumes and conduct thorough video call screening to measure culture fit, interest level, and qualification against job requirements
Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and the team
Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
Being a candidate experience champion
Working on special projects in areas of recruitment
Requirements:
Fresh Graduate in psychology or equivalent degree
Confident in communications with English
Good in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Key behavioural traits: Agility, Analytical, Persistence and Ability to stretch
Ensures business is turned over properly and in a timely fashion for proper service delivery.
