Job Description - Talent Acquisition Intern:

Responsibilities
  • Review resumes and conduct thorough video call screening to measure culture fit, interest level, and qualification against job requirements
  • Coordinate the scheduling and logistics of all interviews between candidates and the team
  • Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates
  • Being a candidate experience champion
  • Working on special projects in areas of recruitment

Requirements:
  • Fresh Graduate in psychology or equivalent degree
  • Confident in communications with English
  • Good in MS Excel, Word and Powerpoint
  • Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
  • Key behavioural traits: Agility, Analytical, Persistence and Ability to stretch
