PROJECT MANAGEMENT OFFICE WEST REGION
1. Support Head of Region to co-develop go to market strategy with HOB & Sales
2. Support regional sales performance and track sales achievement target.
3. Provide PMO support (follow-up & track action plans) for regional business initiatives related to sales and operations.
4. Active participation as a project committee to regularly review progress reports on project development as head of project
5. Enhance risk awareness culture and perform risk management activities within the day-to-day business process
6. Perform organization alignment is in place to support operation and business growth
7. Facilitate development of competent human resource and conducive working environment
8. Improve self competencies through relevant and effective training and development program
1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in Management / Economic
2. At least 8 Year(s) of working experience in Business Development / Commercial
3. Knowledge in Petroleum and Chemical Business Process
4. Petroleum and Chemical market knowledge
5. Project Management knowledge
6. Preferably Manager specialized in Sales / Marketing or equivalent
7. Work Location : Kebon Jeruk, Jakarta Barat
