The Indonesia project is the group's first overseas project. It requires a quality director with international vision, system management capabilities, and strong problem and data analysis capabilities to support the quality assurance of 20 automated production lines.
Core responsibilities:
Strictly follow the technical standards, control the quality of each process from the raw and auxiliary materials entering the factory to the finished product leaving the factory, make original records and regular summary analysis, find problems and solve them in time, organize regular product quality analysis seminars, and propose systematic solutions. And supervise the implementation;
Implement the company's various management regulations, requirements and tasks on product quality, and be responsible for the formulation, inspection, supervision, control and implementation of management systems such as quality management and inspection standards;
Train and improve the ability of team members to analyze and solve problems, and improve the construction of quality team echelon;
Knowledge and skills:
Full-time bachelor degree or above;
Use quality tools proficiently, solve quality problems systematically, maintain and improve the quality system;
English listening, speaking, reading and writing can be used as the working language.
Requirement
Work experience:
More than 8 years of work experience in automobiles, mobile phones or consumer electronics, large foreign-funded enterprises, involving automated factories, dust-free workshops and quality advancement experience are preferred (better based in ASEAN region);
More than 5 years of experience as a quality manager.
Core competence:
The ability to analyze and judge quality problems;
Product process quality assurance ability;
Team management ability.
Personality: strong logic, principled, and good at communication.
