Job Description

Virtual business company from Australia is looking for a talented and enthusiastic Virtual Assistant (Part -Time, Remote)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage, filter, duplicate, reupload and export data entries from Shopify and Mailchimp
  • Manage Electronic Direct Mail (EDM)
  • Address administrative queries
  • Provide customer service as first point of contact
  • Issue invoices
  • Prepare and organize databases and reports
  • Manage filing systems, records and documentation
  • Prepare and create presentations materials as needed
  • Online research for materials and sources for presentations
  • Conduct online research to find address and contact details for a given list of things

Requirements:

  • Indonesian citizen
  • Excellent written and verbal communication in English
  • Proven experience working as Virtual Assistant or related positions
  • Knowledge of Mailchimp and Shopify
  • Fully computer literate with proficiency in Microsoft Excel
  • Very strong organizational skills and communication
  • Proficient computer skills and well-versed with technology
  • Organized multi-tasker and able to work on multiple instructions
  • Demonstrates excellent time management skills
  • Self-directed and able to work without supervision
