Responsibilities
- Receive, validate, and process sales orders submitted by customers or internal sales representatives, ensuring all required information is complete and accurate.
- Generate and issue official documents such as invoices, quotations, delivery notes, and sales contracts in a timely manner.
- Maintain and regularly update the customer relationship management (CRM) system, guaranteeing that contact details, purchase histories, and follow‑up notes remain current.
- Coordinate with the logistics team to schedule deliveries, track shipment status, and resolve any discrepancies that arise during the fulfillment process.
- Assist the sales team in preparing sales reports, dashboards, and performance metrics using Microsoft Excel.
- Provide courteous and professional support to customers via phone, email, or chat, addressing inquiries about orders, billing, and product information.
- Participate in regular team meetings and training sessions focused on accessibility best practices, ensuring the workplace remains inclusive.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement, suggest enhancements to the order‑management workflow, and collaborate with management on implementing efficient solutions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age: 30 years or younger.
- Open to all gender identities.
- No prior experience required; we welcome fresh graduates and candidates who are new to the field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Word, with the ability to create simple spreadsheets, tables, and formatted documents.
- Basic understanding of disability awareness and a commitment to fostering an inclusive workplace.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, to interact with internal teams and external customers.
- Willingness to work on-site in the Pulogadung area of East Jakarta.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
