Introduction

We are expanding our on‑the‑ground sales team and are looking for a motivated Promotor Sales – Professional Consumer Goods Representative to join our dynamic workforce. This role is based at the Dedo Supermarket in Dusun III, Desa/Kel Fidy Jaya, Kec Weda, Kabupaten Halmahera Tengah, Provinsi Maluku Utara. The successful candidate will work full‑time from 08:00 to 17:00, helping to drive monthly sales targets while maintaining impeccable inventory standards.
Responsibilities
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets for assigned consumer‑goods categories.
- Conduct daily inventory counts (opname) to ensure stock accuracy and prevent shrinkage.
- Monitor shelf space, replenish merchandise, and guarantee that product availability meets customer demand.
- Build and nurture relationships with store managers, shoppers, and key decision‑makers to increase brand visibility.
- Execute promotional activities, product demonstrations, and in‑store events that boost foot traffic and conversion rates.
- Gather competitive intelligence, analyze market trends, and provide actionable insights to the regional sales manager.
- Prepare clear, concise daily and weekly reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and promotional effectiveness.
- Collaborate with logistics and warehouse teams to coordinate timely deliveries and resolve stock‑out situations.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company standards of conduct in a fast‑paced retail environment.
Requirements
- Male, maximum age of 35 years; minimum height of 158 cm.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in consumer‑goods sales, retail promotion, or field marketing.
- Strong communication and selling skills; ability to persuade and influence customers.
- Proficiency in competitor analysis, retail analytics, and sales performance tracking.
- Highly motivated, target‑driven, and able to work independently under pressure.
- Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to detail for accurate inventory management.
- Willingness to be stationed at the Dedo Supermarket location and travel within the Halmahera Tengah region as needed.
