Introduction
ON3 Café – Senayan is seeking a dedicated Staff Finance, Accounting & Tax (FAT) professional to join our dynamic finance team. This full‑time role is based at our flagship location in the heart of Jakarta’s bustling Senayan district, where you will support the financial health of a fast‑growing F&B and hospitality brand. The successful candidate will be a detail‑oriented female graduate with at least a D3 (or D4) in Accounting, a minimum of one year of relevant experience, and a passion for accurate financial reporting in a high‑tempo environment.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and post daily journal entries, ensuring all transactions are recorded accurately in the chosen accounting system (e.g., Accurate, Jurnal.id).
- Reconcile bank statements, cash accounts, and credit card transactions on a weekly basis to maintain cash flow visibility.
- Compile monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements, including profit & loss, balance sheet, and cash flow reports for senior management review.
- Coordinate with the operations team to track inventory costing, vendor payments, and expense allocations specific to the F&B sector.
- Assist in the preparation and filing of corporate tax returns, ensuring compliance with Indonesian tax regulations applicable to restaurants and hospitality businesses.
- Support the budgeting and forecasting process by gathering historical data, analyzing variances, and providing actionable insights to improve profitability.
- Maintain organized financial documentation and archival systems, facilitating easy retrieval for audits and internal reviews.
- Collaborate with external auditors during periodic audits, providing required schedules, explanations, and supporting documents.
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives, such as automating routine reconciliations or streamlining expense approval workflows.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, as per company policy.
- Minimum education: D3 (or D4) in Accounting or a related field.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in a similar finance or accounting role.
- Preferably experience within the food & beverage or hospitality industry.
- Solid understanding of basic accounting principles, financial administration, and cash management.
- Familiarity with Indonesian tax regulations, especially those affecting restaurants, cafés, and hospitality enterprises.
- Proficiency in accounting software such as Accurate, Jurnal.id, or comparable cloud‑based platforms.
- Demonstrated ability to produce accurate financial reports and statements.
- Strong commitment, loyalty, and the capacity to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; English proficiency is a plus.
- Ability to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
