Introduction

AmarthaLink, a leading fintech platform dedicated to empowering micro‑entrepreneurs across Indonesia, is expanding its network of local agents in the Lahat region. We are seeking a dynamic Sales Akuisisi – Wilayah Lahat to join our growing sales team. This role is pivotal in driving agent acquisition, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring the seamless delivery of our financial services to underserved communities.

The ideal candidate will be a self‑motivated professional with a minimum of one year of sales acquisition experience in fast‑moving sectors such as e‑commerce, PPOB, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG. A strong grasp of the local market, excellent communication skills, and a readiness to work in the field are essential.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new AmarthaLink agents in the Lahat area, consistently meeting or exceeding monthly targets.
  • Conduct comprehensive outreach programs to educate prospective agents about the benefits, features, and operational procedures of the AmarthaLink platform.
  • Build and maintain long‑term relationships with existing agents, providing ongoing support to ensure high satisfaction and uninterrupted service delivery.
  • Deliver hands‑on training sessions covering system usage, product portfolios, compliance requirements, and best‑practice sales techniques.
  • Monitor agents’ transaction volumes, repayment rates, and overall performance, intervening promptly to address any issues.
  • Analyze local market dynamics, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities to develop strategic plans for expanding the agent network.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on acquisition progress, sales metrics, and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with the marketing, product, and operations teams to align agent activities with broader company initiatives.
  • Utilize MS Excel or Google Sheets to track leads, pipeline status, and performance dashboards.
  • Maintain a well‑kept schedule of field visits, ensuring coverage of all high‑potential districts within the assigned territory.

Requirements

  • Education: Minimum Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience: At least 12 months of proven sales acquisition experience in e‑commerce, PPOB, telco, retail, or FMCG environments.
  • Location Knowledge: Deep familiarity with the Lahat region and its surrounding districts.
  • Mobility: Own a two‑wheel vehicle (motorcycle) and possess a valid SIM C for field travel.
  • Technical Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting.
  • Soft Skills: Strong communication etiquette, persuasive selling ability, problem‑solving mindset, and resilience under pressure.
  • Work Schedule: Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or evening visits as market demands dictate.
  • Gender: Open to all genders.
