Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Packer – Packing and Handling of Products to join our fast‑growing logistics team in Sidoarjo. This role is essential to ensuring that every item leaving our warehouse is securely packaged, accurately labeled, and ready for timely delivery to our customers across Indonesia. Responsibilities
- Prepare, pack, and seal a wide variety of products according to company standards and customer specifications.
- Inspect incoming goods for damage, verify quantities, and report any discrepancies to the warehouse supervisor.
- Label packages accurately, including barcodes, handling instructions, and destination details.
- Organize packed items on pallets or shelving units, ensuring optimal space utilization and stability for transport.
- Load and unload shipments using manual techniques and, when required, operate light machinery such as pallet jacks.
- Operate a four‑wheel vehicle with a valid SIM A license for intra‑facility transport and short‑range deliveries.
- Maintain a clean and orderly work area, adhering to safety protocols and participating in regular housekeeping inspections.
- Collaborate with inventory control staff to update stock records in real‑time, reducing errors and improving order accuracy.
- Provide support during peak periods, including overtime shifts, to meet tight shipping deadlines.
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, offering suggestions for faster packing methods or better material usage.
Requirements
- Male candidate, maximum age of 30 years as of March 2026.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Good physical health and stamina to handle repetitive lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
- Strong work ethic: disciplined, responsible, diligent, and able to work quickly without sacrificing quality.
- Valid SIM A with the ability to drive a four‑wheel vehicle safely.
- Willingness to work overtime when production demands require it.
- Preferably resides in Sidoarjo or surrounding areas to ensure reliable attendance.
- Basic communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, with the ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
