Introduction
The Marketing Sales Coordinator will act as a vital link between our sales force and the broader marketing initiatives, ensuring that campaigns are executed efficiently and that sales targets are consistently met. Responsibilities
- Coordinate daily sales activities, ensuring that all leads are properly assigned and followed up in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing department to develop promotional materials, email campaigns, and social media content that align with sales objectives.
- Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) such as conversion rates, sales volume, and market penetration, presenting insights to senior management.
- Maintain and update the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, guaranteeing data accuracy and accessibility for the sales team.
- Organize and support sales events, trade shows, and product launches, handling logistics, vendor coordination, and post‑event reporting.
- Develop and nurture strong relationships with existing clients while identifying opportunities for upselling and cross‑selling.
- Assist in the preparation of sales forecasts, budgets, and quarterly business reviews.
- Provide training and onboarding support for new sales representatives, sharing best practices and company procedures.
- Act as a liaison between sales, marketing, and product development to ensure alignment on messaging and product positioning.
- Continuously seek process improvements to increase efficiency, reduce cycle times, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or higher (D4/Bachelor’s degree) in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in a sales coordination, marketing support, or related role.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to convey ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
- Excellent organizational and time‑management abilities, capable of handling multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Demonstrated target‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- Ability to develop and maintain strong professional relationships with clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and familiarity with CRM platforms (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot).
- Active participation in professional or community organizations is a plus, reflecting strong teamwork and leadership potential.
