Introduction
SPX Express, a leading provider of logistics and business process outsourcing (BPO) solutions in Central Java, is seeking a proactive and detail‑oriented Manajemen BPO to join our team in Purbalingga. This role is pivotal in ensuring seamless coordination between internal recruitment teams, external vendors, and our courier partners. The successful candidate will operate in a fast‑paced environment, handling everything from manpower requests to insurance reconciliation, while supporting the overall efficiency of our operations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate manpower requests by liaising with external staffing vendors and the internal recruitment team to ensure timely fulfillment of staffing needs.
- Maintain and regularly update the manpower database, generating turnover reports and conducting gap analysis to identify staffing trends and future requirements.
- Manage relationships with courier and non‑courier partners, including attendance tracking, issuing and compiling warning letters, and escalating partner issues to the HR Business Partner (HRBP) as needed.
- Oversee BPJS (Indonesian social security) and private insurance administration, handling payment reconciliation, collecting additional documentation, and coordinating response to any incidents.
- Perform invoice reconciliation on a weekly basis, ensuring accuracy of vendor billing and timely resolution of discrepancies.
- Prepare and present regular operational reports to senior management, highlighting key metrics such as vendor performance, staffing turnover, and cost variances.
- Support ad‑hoc projects related to process improvement, vendor contract renewal, and compliance with labor regulations.
- Travel within the Purbalingga region as required to conduct on‑site vendor audits and strengthen partnership relationships.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Industrial Engineering, Management, Law, or a related field.
- 0–2 years of experience in HR administration, vendor management, or relationship management.
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, perform gap analysis, and generate actionable insights.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia and preferably English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets, including VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables, and data visualization.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure in a fast‑moving environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- Interest in repetitive operational tasks and a passion for vendor management.
- Willingness to work under a contract employment status and commit to a full‑time, five‑day office schedule (Monday‑Friday, 09:30‑18:30).
- Flexibility to travel within the Purbalingga area and relocate if necessary.
