Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Relationship Officer to join our team in Pandaan, Jawa Timur. In this customer‑focused role, you will act as the primary liaison between our multifinance institution and both existing and prospective clients. Your mission will be to promote our product portfolio, facilitate smooth credit applications, and ensure a seamless experience for dealers and end‑users throughout the loan lifecycle.
Responsibilities
- Proactively market and present the company’s financing products to existing customers and new prospects, tailoring solutions to meet individual needs.
- Generate orders through various distribution channels, collect initial customer data, verify information, and assemble complete credit application packages.
- Monitor the status of each credit application, coordinate with internal underwriting teams, and promptly communicate approval or rejection decisions to dealers and customers.
- Provide clear information on payment schedules, due dates, collection locations, and any additional requirements that customers must fulfil.
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system, ensuring that all customer interactions, documentation, and follow‑up actions are logged in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the sales, marketing, and finance departments to align product offerings with market demand and to develop promotional strategies.
- Identify opportunities for cross‑selling additional financial services, such as insurance or refinancing options, to deepen customer relationships.
- Conduct post‑sale follow‑ups to gauge customer satisfaction, address concerns, and foster long‑term loyalty.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (associate or bachelor degree) in Business, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
- Maximum age: 33 years.
- At least 1 year of professional experience in sales, marketing, or a customer‑relationship role, preferably within the multifinance or banking sector.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills, with the ability to build trust quickly.
- Valid personal vehicle and an active SIM C (motorcycle) license for field visits.
- Solid understanding of multifinance business processes, credit assessment, and loan documentation.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools and Microsoft Office applications.
- High level of organization, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple customer accounts simultaneously.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, from 08:00 to 16:30, with occasional overtime during peak periods.
