We are a leading early‑childhood education center located in the heart of Surabaya, dedicated to nurturing the holistic development of children from preschool (PG) to kindergarten (TK) and providing professional guidance through our Counseling (BK) program. Responsibilities
- Design and deliver age‑appropriate lesson plans for preschool and kindergarten classes, aligning with national curriculum standards.
- Conduct regular assessments of child development milestones and adapt teaching strategies to meet individual needs.
- Provide counseling services (BK) to students, addressing social, emotional, and behavioral concerns in collaboration with parents and staff.
- Maintain a safe, organized, and engaging classroom environment that encourages curiosity and respect.
- Facilitate parent‑teacher conferences, delivering clear progress reports and actionable recommendations.
- Collaborate closely with fellow educators, administrators, and support staff to develop interdisciplinary projects and school events.
- Implement classroom management techniques that promote positive behavior and conflict resolution.
- Utilize digital tools and educational software to enhance learning experiences and track student performance.
- Participate in ongoing professional development workshops, seminars, and training sessions.
- Uphold the center’s policies on health, safety, and confidentiality, ensuring compliance with local regulations.
Requirements
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree (S‑1) in Early Childhood Education (PAUD), Psychology, or Counseling.
- At least 1 year of relevant teaching or counseling experience with young children.
- Female candidates are preferred, with a maximum age of 35 years.
- Demonstrated love for children, strong moral character, and a healthy physical and mental condition.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work effectively in a team, showing responsibility, reliability, and flexibility.
- Basic knowledge of Adobe Photoshop or similar design tools for creating visual teaching aids.
- Reside in or willing to relocate to Surabaya.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 07:00 – 16:00.
