Introduction
We are seeking an energetic Perwakilan Promosi Penjualan HP – Wilayah Pesisir Selatan to join our retail sales team. This role focuses on promoting HP (handphone) products across stores in the southern coastal region, building strong customer relationships, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will be a self‑motivated sales professional with a minimum of one year’s experience in mobile‑device sales, a high‑school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent, and a strong desire to exceed sales targets.
Responsibilities
- Actively promote HP smartphones and accessories in assigned retail locations, ensuring product visibility and attractive merchandising.
- Engage customers with product demonstrations, explain key features, and provide education on device usage, warranty options, and after‑sales support.
- Identify customer needs through effective questioning and recommend the most suitable HP models and service plans.
- Build and maintain long‑term relationships with customers, encouraging repeat purchases and brand loyalty.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly sales performance against targets, and report results to the regional sales manager.
- Collaborate with store staff and fellow sales representatives to coordinate promotional events, in‑store launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Gather market intelligence on competitor activities, pricing trends, and consumer preferences, and relay insights to the marketing team.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and compliant sales floor, ensuring all HP products are properly stocked and displayed.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay up‑to‑date with the latest HP product releases, technical specifications, and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 28 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience selling HP mobile devices or similar consumer electronics.
- Strong orientation toward achieving and surpassing sales targets.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast‑paced retail environment.
- Adaptability to changing sales strategies and product portfolios.
- Basic analytical skills for monitoring sales data and market trends.
- Proficiency with common sales tools, POS systems, and mobile communication devices.
