Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Agent Pengiriman dan Penagihan (Kunjungan) to join our growing team in Batam. This role is essential for strengthening relationships with Indihome customers, ensuring they understand their service usage, and facilitating timely payments. As a field‑based representative, you will be the face of the company, delivering on‑site support, product education, and collection activities while upholding the highest standards of professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Receive a monthly list of assigned Indihome customers from the central operations team.
- Register each customer visit in the My Vista mobile application, updating status and notes in real time.
- Travel to customer locations using a personal motorcycle, arriving punctually and prepared with necessary documentation.
- Explain service usage, billing cycles, and payment options clearly, addressing any questions or concerns.
- Conduct on‑site verification of equipment, ensuring installations meet technical standards.
- Collect payments directly when possible, or guide customers through online payment portals.
- Provide product demonstrations and up‑sell opportunities for additional Indihome services such as broadband upgrades or TV packages.
- Document feedback from customers to help the product team improve service offerings.
- Participate in weekly training sessions and product briefings to stay current with the latest Indihome features and promotions.
- Maintain accurate records of all interactions, adhering to company policies on data privacy and security.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.

- Strong interpersonal and public communication skills; ability to convey technical information in simple terms.
- Proficient in using Android smartphones and mobile applications such as My Vista.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C license.
- Highly detail‑oriented, honest, and accountable with a track record of meeting deadlines.
- Flexibility to work the scheduled hours of 08:00 – 17:00, with the possibility of occasional overtime during peak billing cycles.
- Basic numeracy for handling payment transactions and documenting financial records.
- Ability to work independently in the field while staying aligned with team objectives.
