Introduction

We are seeking enthusiastic and dynamic individuals to join our crew as Crew Outlet Store Operations Staff. This role is the front‑line engine that ensures our retail outlets run smoothly, deliver exceptional customer experiences, and maintain accurate inventory levels. Responsibilities

  • Greet customers warmly, provide product knowledge, and assist with purchasing decisions to drive sales.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store layout in accordance with brand guidelines.
  • Execute daily cash handling procedures, process transactions, and reconcile registers at the end of each shift.
  • Perform regular stock counts, conduct full inventory audits, and update the store management system to prevent shrinkage.
  • Coordinate with suppliers and the central warehouse for timely receipt, unpacking, and merchandising of new merchandise.
  • Monitor product expiration dates and rotate stock to ensure freshness and compliance with safety standards.
  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries and complaints, turning challenges into positive brand interactions.
  • Utilize social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok) to showcase new arrivals, promotions, and in‑store events, thereby increasing foot traffic.
  • Support promotional campaigns, set up point‑of‑sale displays, and track the effectiveness of marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve weekly sales targets and contribute ideas for continuous improvement.

Requirements

  • Open to all genders; a humble and communicative attitude is essential.
  • Strong public speaking skills and a confident, attractive presence.
  • Active on social media, particularly Instagram and TikTok, with a knack for creating engaging content.
  • High level of integrity, honesty, and accountability.
  • Minimum of 1 year experience in retail operations; prior experience in stock‑taking/inventory management is highly valued.
  • Education: any level (high school diploma or higher is acceptable).
  • Proficiency in store management systems and basic Microsoft Office tools.
  • Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with flexibility for occasional special events.
