We are seeking energetic and customer‑focused individuals to join our team as Sales Promotor – Kredivo. This role is pivotal in introducing consumers to a flexible payment solution that empowers them to shop now and settle payments later, fostering financial inclusion across the market.

Responsibilities
- Engage with potential users, understand their purchasing needs, and recommend Kredivo as an optimal payment method.
- Continuously enhance personal product knowledge and convey key features of Kredivo in an engaging, easy‑to‑understand manner.
- Conduct live demonstrations and presentations of the Kredivo app, highlighting benefits such as instant approval, flexible installments, and secure transactions.
- Address user inquiries, resolve complaints, and provide step‑by‑step guidance on app installation, registration, and transaction processes.
- Achieve daily acquisition targets, track performance metrics, and submit accurate activity reports to the management team.
- Build and nurture lasting relationships with merchants, community leaders, and other stakeholders to expand Kredivo’s presence in the local market.
- Collaborate with the marketing and operations teams to align promotional activities with regional sales strategies.
- Maintain a professional appearance and represent Krediva’s brand values during all field interactions.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Residence in Solok or the surrounding area is preferred.
- Open to all genders; strong communication skills are essential.
- Prior sales experience is advantageous but not mandatory; a passion for learning is key.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone with internet access for app demonstrations.
- Completed at least the first dose of the COVID‑19 vaccine.
- Ability to work flexible hours, specifically Tuesday through Sunday, 11:00 – 20:00.
- Proficiency with communication tools, customer relationship management (CRM) software, and basic sales analytics.
