Introduction
We are seeking a motivated Spesialis Administrasi Sistem Operasi to join our dynamic retail operations team. This role is pivotal in ensuring smooth daily store functions, delivering exceptional customer service, and supporting the broader business through efficient administrative processes. Responsibilities
- Provide front‑line customer service, addressing inquiries, processing transactions, and ensuring a welcoming store atmosphere.
- Manage day‑to‑day store operations, including inventory tracking, stock replenishment, and coordination with suppliers.
- Maintain accurate records using Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and assist in database administration.
- Create basic graphic designs for promotional materials, signage, and social media posts when needed.
- Support the implementation of new technology solutions, such as point‑of‑sale (POS) upgrades or digital inventory systems.
- Prepare weekly and monthly operational reports for senior management, highlighting sales performance, stock levels, and customer feedback.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, finance, and logistics—to align store activities with corporate objectives.
- Identify process improvement opportunities, propose innovative solutions, and help drive continuous improvement initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health and safety regulations, and local labor laws.
- Participate in scheduled training sessions and stay up‑to‑date with industry trends in retail operations and system administration.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: maximum 25 – 26 years.
- Gender: open to all genders.
- At least 2 years of relevant experience in retail administration, store operations, or a related field.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Basic graphic‑design skills (e.g., Canva, Photoshop) are a strong plus.
- Demonstrated creativity, innovation, and a willingness to take on challenges.
- Strong interpersonal skills: honest, diligent, friendly, and capable of building rapport with customers and team members.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, adapting quickly to changing priorities.
- Key soft skills: adaptability to cultural and technological changes, problem‑solving, time management, and effective communication.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 07:00 – 17:00.
