Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic Agent Partner – Sales Akuisisi to join our high‑performing sales team. This role focuses on acquiring new agents, nurturing relationships, and driving the adoption of AmarthaLink’s innovative financial services. The ideal candidate will combine a strong sales mindset with excellent communication skills and a passion for financial inclusion.

Responsibilities

  • Identify, approach, and acquire new agents in the assigned Purwakarta territory to meet or exceed monthly acquisition targets.
  • Conduct engaging presentations and workshops that clearly explain the benefits, features, and operational procedures of the AmarthaLink platform.
  • Build and maintain strong, trust‑based relationships with existing agents, ensuring high satisfaction and smooth day‑to‑day operations.
  • Provide hands‑on training and ongoing support to agents on system usage, product updates, and best‑practice sales techniques.
  • Monitor agents’ transaction volumes, performance metrics, and compliance, offering corrective guidance when needed.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activity, and local demand to develop actionable strategies for expanding the agent network.
  • Prepare and submit regular reports on acquisition progress, agent performance, and market insights to senior management.
  • Collaborate closely with cross‑functional teams—including marketing, product, and operations—to align agent initiatives with broader business objectives.
  • Travel within the assigned area on a daily basis, using a personal motorcycle and a valid SIM C, to conduct field visits and on‑site training sessions.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: Diploma (D3/D4) in Business, Finance, or a related field.
  • At least 12 months of proven experience in sales acquisition, preferably in PPOB, SaaS, telecommunications, retail, or FMCG sectors.
  • Demonstrated success in meeting acquisition targets and managing a portfolio of agents.
  • Strong knowledge of the Purwakarta market and an existing network of potential agent contacts is a plus.
  • Own a reliable two‑wheel vehicle and hold an active SIM C license.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets for data tracking and reporting.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with a professional and ethical approach to client interaction.
  • Self‑motivated, goal‑oriented, and comfortable working independently in the field.
  • Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional weekend or evening engagements as business needs dictate.
