We are currently seeking enthusiastic and polished individuals to join us as Petugas Pelayanan Minuman (Beverage Service Staff). Responsibilities
- Prepare, mix, and serve a wide variety of alcoholic and non‑alcoholic drinks in accordance with standard recipes and presentation guidelines.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked bar station throughout the shift, including glassware, garnishes, and liquor inventory.
- Engage with customers politely, take orders accurately, and provide recommendations based on guests’ preferences.
- Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and responsible‑serving regulations, including checking IDs for age verification.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, waitstaff, and management to coordinate service flow and resolve any guest concerns promptly.
- Handle cash transactions, process credit card payments, and reconcile the cash drawer at the end of each shift.
- Participate in regular training sessions on new drink recipes, cocktail trends, and customer service best practices.
- Assist in setting up the bar for events, private parties, or themed nights, ensuring all required equipment and decorations are ready.
- Report any equipment malfunctions, supply shortages, or safety hazards to the supervisor immediately.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Female candidates, aged between 18 and 25 years.
- Physically fit and mentally resilient, capable of standing for long periods and handling a fast‑paced environment.
- Attractive personal appearance and a professional demeanor.
- Strong interpersonal skills; ability to work effectively both in a team and independently.
- Preferably residing in Tawangmangu, Karangpandaan, or surrounding areas.
- Not currently enrolled in college or any full‑time educational program.
- Basic knowledge of beverage preparation and a genuine interest in learning advanced mixology techniques.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; additional language abilities are a plus.
- Reliability, punctuality, and a positive attitude toward customer service.
