We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Freelance Tentor Psikotes CPNS to join our team in Kota Semarang. This position is ideal for individuals who have a strong academic background (minimum S1) and a passion for helping aspiring civil servants succeed in Indonesia’s competitive civil service examinations. As a freelance tentor, you will work on a flexible schedule from Monday to Saturday, providing high‑quality psychological testing and exam preparation services to candidates across the region.
Responsibilities
- Prepare, organize, and administer CPNS psychological tests and related assessment materials in accordance with national standards.
- Conduct pre‑test briefings and post‑test debriefings to ensure candidates understand the process and receive constructive feedback.
- Maintain strict confidentiality of all candidate information and test results, adhering to ethical guidelines and data protection regulations.
- Collaborate with the curriculum development team to update test content, ensuring relevance to the latest CPNS exam formats.
- Provide individualized coaching on test‑taking strategies, time management, and stress reduction techniques.
- Track candidate progress, generate performance reports, and recommend personalized learning pathways.
- Coordinate with other freelance tentors and staff to schedule testing sessions, manage logistics, and resolve any operational issues.
- Participate in regular training workshops to stay current with psychometric developments and best practices in adult education.
- Assist in marketing efforts by attending informational webinars and representing the organization at local education fairs.
Requirements
- Minimum education: Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Psychology, Education, Human Resources, or a related field.

- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey complex concepts clearly.
- Demonstrated experience (or academic exposure) in psychometric testing, counseling, or adult learning environments.

- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00, with occasional evening sessions during peak enrollment periods.
