Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and results‑driven Sales Officer to join our growing team in Jepara, Jawa Tengah. The successful candidate will act as a key liaison between the company, its distribution channels, and end‑customers, ensuring seamless order processing, credit verification, and after‑sales support.
Responsibilities
- Promote and sell the company’s product range to existing customers and prospect new accounts within the assigned territory.
- Generate orders through the channel distribution network, capturing initial customer data and ensuring all required documentation is complete and accurate.
- Conduct thorough credit verification, prepare and submit credit applications, and follow up on approval status.
- Monitor the progress of credit applications, communicate decisions promptly to dealers and customers, and resolve any issues that arise during the process.
- Provide customers with clear information on payment due dates, collection locations, and any additional terms that affect their purchase.
- Maintain a detailed sales pipeline, update CRM systems daily, and prepare weekly reports for senior management.
- Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and finance teams to ensure product availability, timely delivery, and customer satisfaction.
- Identify market trends, gather competitor intelligence, and propose actionable strategies to increase market share.
- Participate in regular training sessions and sales meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and selling techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 in any discipline.
- Age: maximum 30 years.
- Gender: Male.
- At least 1 year of experience in B2C sales, preferably within a distribution or credit‑focused environment. Fresh graduates with strong internship experience are also encouraged to apply.
- Proven ability to manage sales cycles from prospecting to closing, including credit assessment and documentation.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a talent for negotiation and relationship building.
- High level of integrity, diligence, attention to detail, and honesty.
- Own a reliable vehicle and hold a valid SIM A/C.
- Availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with placement based on domicile.
