As a Kitchen Crew Member, you will be an essential part of the daily operations, ensuring that every dish that leaves the kitchen meets our rigorous quality and safety criteria. Whether you are preparing ingredients, cleaning workstations, or assisting with inventory, your contributions will directly impact the overall dining experience for our guests.

Responsibilities

  • Clean all dishes, work surfaces, cooking equipment, and storage areas in strict accordance with food safety regulations.
  • Wash, slice, dice, and otherwise process raw ingredients so they are ready for cooking or plating.
  • Store and organize raw materials and prepared items, ensuring proper labeling, rotation, and temperature control.
  • Assist in monitoring inventory levels, reporting shortages, and helping to place orders for replenishment.
  • Follow the company’s Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) for hygiene, food handling, and equipment use at all times.
  • Prepare customer orders quickly and accurately, coordinating with the service team to guarantee timely delivery.
  • Support fellow kitchen staff during peak periods, helping with tasks such as garnishing, portioning, and clearing stations.
  • Participate in regular safety briefings and contribute ideas for continuous improvement of kitchen workflows.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA), Vocational School (SMK), or equivalent.
  • No upper age limit; we welcome applicants of all ages who meet the skill criteria.
  • All genders are encouraged to apply.
  • At least one (1) year of experience working in a kitchen, restaurant, or similar food‑service environment.
  • Demonstrated ability to clean and sanitize work areas according to food‑safety standards.
  • Proficiency in basic food preparation techniques such as washing, cutting, and portioning.
  • Strong organizational skills for handling inventory and storage tasks.
  • Commitment to following SOPs and maintaining a safe, clean workplace.
  • Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Physical stamina to stand for long periods and lift moderate weights (up to 25 kg).
