We are looking for a motivated Account / Relationship Officer who thrives in a dynamic environment, loves face‑to‑face interaction, and is driven by clear performance targets. This full‑time, contract‑based role (PKWT) offers a competitive salary aligned with the 2026 UMK for Semarang and a comprehensive benefits package.
Responsibilities
- Identify and prospect potential clients or borrower groups by promoting YCAB Ventures’ financing products in accordance with current terms and conditions.
- Conduct on‑site visits, build relationships, and arrange meetings with prospective borrowers to understand their financial needs.
- Explain product features, eligibility criteria, and group‑based financing structures in clear, jargon‑free language.
- Perform preliminary credit surveys to assess the feasibility and risk profile of each financing request.
- Prepare and submit complete loan documentation to the Outlet Manager and Central Administration for detailed review and underwriting.
- Coordinate the evaluation, approval, and disbursement process, ensuring that funds are released accurately and on schedule.
- Collect loan repayments, monitor repayment schedules, and follow up on any overdue payments in accordance with company policy.
- Maintain up‑to‑date client records in the CRM system, providing regular status reports to supervisors.
- Participate in weekly team meetings, share market insights, and contribute to continuous improvement of sales and collection strategies.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
- Maximum age: 33 years.
- At least 1 year of experience in sales, credit financing, or collections; experience in micro‑finance (e.g., Grameen) is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build trust with clients.
- Target‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales goals.
- High level of integrity, honesty, attention to detail, and self‑discipline.
- Comfortable working in the field and willing to travel within the Semarang area.
- Own a motorcycle, hold a valid SIM C, and be able to commute independently.
- Strong problem‑solving abilities and resilience when dealing with challenging borrower situations.
- Availability to work Monday‑Friday, 08:00‑17:00.
