We are seeking a dynamic Spesialis Admin dan Marketing to join our fast‑growing beauty salon that specializes in nail and eyelash services. Responsibilities
- Manage front‑office duties including appointment scheduling, client intake, and handling phone and email inquiries with professionalism.
- Maintain accurate records of inventory, purchase orders, and supplier invoices for nail polish, eyelash extensions, and related consumables.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports on sales performance, client retention, and marketing campaign ROI.
- Develop and execute social media strategies across platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, creating engaging content (photos, reels, stories) that showcases salon services and promotions.
- Coordinate promotional events, loyalty programs, and seasonal offers to attract new clients and reward repeat customers.
- Collaborate with stylists and technicians to gather testimonials and before‑after visuals for marketing materials.
- Handle customer feedback, resolve complaints promptly, and ensure a high level of client satisfaction.
- Assist the management team with budgeting, cost‑control, and forecasting for both administrative and marketing activities.
- Support recruitment and onboarding of new staff members, ensuring they understand salon protocols and brand standards.
- Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging digital tools to continuously improve marketing effectiveness.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Open to all genders; however, the role currently emphasizes female candidates due to client demographics.
- Preferably 0–2 years of experience in marketing or beauty‑industry administration, particularly within nail or eyelash services.
- Strong administrative skills: data entry, document management, and basic accounting.
- Creative mindset with the ability to generate innovative campaign ideas and visual content.
- Excellent communication skills, honesty, and a high level of responsibility.
- Proven ability to work effectively within a team and coordinate cross‑functional tasks.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office, Google Workspace, and social media management tools.
- Flexible availability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00–17:00.
