Introduction

Responsibilities
- Greet every customer with a warm, courteous, and professional attitude, creating a welcoming atmosphere that encourages repeat business.
- Handle cash, credit, debit, and mobile‑payment transactions accurately using the POS system, barcode scanners, and EDC terminals.
- Maintain a balanced cash drawer by performing end‑of‑shift cash reconciliation and preparing daily sales reports.
- Assist customers in locating products, explaining features, and recommending complementary items to boost sales.
- Process returns and exchanges following company policy while managing any customer complaints with patience and empathy.
- Operate the POS efficiently to scan items, apply discounts, calculate taxes, and issue receipts without delays.
- Ensure the checkout area remains tidy, well‑stocked with bags, receipts, and promotional materials.
- Collaborate with floor staff to restock shelves, verify inventory levels, and report any discrepancies.
- Follow all safety, hygiene, and security procedures, including the proper handling of cash and sensitive customer data.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on product knowledge, promotional campaigns, and new POS features.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Age: 18‑22 years (fresh graduate preferred) but open to candidates with up to 2 years of retail experience.
- Gender: All genders welcome.
- At least 1–2 years of experience in a retail or cashier role; retail experience is considered a strong plus.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; ability to convey information clearly and politely.
- Strong mathematical ability – quick calculation of change, discounts, and taxes.
- High level of integrity, honesty, and attention to detail when handling cash and transaction records.
- Proficiency with POS software, barcode scanners, EDC machines, and receipt printers.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask, manage time efficiently, and maintain composure during busy periods.
- Positive, proactive attitude with a genuine passion for customer service.
- Willingness to work flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends, from 07:00 – 22:00 as scheduled.
