We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Architect – Lead Design Projects to join our multidisciplinary team. This role will serve as a creative leader, guiding projects from concept through construction while fostering collaboration across design, engineering, and client‑service teams.
Responsibilities
- Lead the full design lifecycle for residential, boutique hotel, and mixed‑use projects, ensuring design intent is maintained from schematic through construction documents.
- Develop detailed 2D working drawings, space‑planning layouts, and high‑resolution 3D visualizations using AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render.
- Produce compelling presentation packages, including renderings, material boards, and animated walkthroughs, to communicate design concepts to clients and stakeholders.
- Coordinate with structural, MEP, and interior design consultants to integrate all disciplines into cohesive construction documents.
- Conduct regular site visits in Bali to verify design compliance, resolve on‑site challenges, and ensure quality control.
- Mentor junior architects and interns, providing feedback on technical work, portfolio development, and professional growth.
- Maintain project schedules, track milestones, and manage time efficiently to meet tight deadlines.
- Stay abreast of local building codes, sustainability standards, and emerging design technologies to incorporate best practices into every project.
- Engage directly with clients, presenting design proposals, addressing feedback, and building long‑term professional relationships.
Requirements
- Based in Bali or willing to relocate to Bali.
- Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Architecture from an accredited university.
- At least 1 year of professional experience; fresh graduates with a strong portfolio are also encouraged to apply.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp, and D5 Render is essential.
- Solid understanding of working drawings, space planning, and 3D visualization techniques.
- Excellent command of English, both written and spoken; additional language skills are a plus.
- Strong teamwork orientation, problem‑solving ability, meticulous attention to detail, and a positive, proactive attitude.
- Confidence in presenting ideas and interacting professionally with clients and consultants.
- Ability to work under pressure, meet deadlines, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
