As part of our dynamic workforce, you will be the frontline ambassador of ShopeePayLater, building relationships with merchants, educating consumers, and driving adoption of our financial solutions across diverse market segments.
Responsibilities
- Conduct proactive canvassing and door‑to‑door visits to identify potential merchants and individual users interested in ShopeePayLater services.
- Present product features, benefits, and onboarding procedures in clear, persuasive language tailored to each prospect’s needs.
- Achieve weekly and monthly acquisition targets by converting leads into active users and maintaining a robust pipeline.
- Collect and verify required documentation from merchants and consumers, ensuring compliance with internal policies and regulatory standards.
- Provide on‑site assistance for first‑time transactions, troubleshooting any technical issues related to the Android application.
- Generate daily activity reports, including the number of visits, leads generated, conversions, and any obstacles encountered.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing and customer‑support teams to relay market feedback and suggest product enhancements.
- Maintain a professional appearance and adhere to company branding guidelines while representing ShopeePayLater in public spaces.
- Safely operate and maintain a personal motorcycle for travel across the Cianjur and Sukabumi territories.
- Participate in regular training sessions and performance reviews to continuously improve sales techniques and product knowledge.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Age range: 19 to 40 years old.

- At least one (1) year of proven sales, field marketing, or direct‑to‑consumer experience, preferably in fintech, e‑commerce, or retail.
- Demonstrated ability to conduct independent canvassing and manage a personal sales territory.
- Possession of a reliable motorcycle and a valid driver’s license.
- Ownership of an Android smartphone capable of running the latest ShopeePayLater application.
- Strong analytical skills for interpreting sales reports and market data.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities, with a customer‑centric mindset.
- Self‑motivated, punctual, and able to work under minimal supervision while meeting strict deadlines.
- Flexibility to adapt working hours as needed; standard schedule is 08:00‑17:00 with possible adjustments based on campaign needs.
