Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive pre‑operative assessments, reviewing medical histories, laboratory results, and medication regimens to develop individualized anesthesia plans.
- Administer general, regional, and local anesthesia safely and effectively during surgical procedures, adjusting techniques as needed to maintain optimal patient physiology.
- Monitor patients continuously throughout surgery, interpreting vital signs, managing airway devices, and responding swiftly to any intra‑operative complications.
- Provide post‑operative pain management, including the prescription of analgesics, nerve blocks, and multimodal strategies to enhance recovery.
- Participate in emergency resuscitation teams, offering rapid anesthetic support in trauma, cardiac arrest, and other critical scenarios.
- Collaborate closely with surgeons, nurses, and allied health professionals to ensure seamless workflow and high‑quality patient outcomes.
- Engage in teaching activities for residents, medical students, and nursing staff, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and professional development.
- Contribute to clinical research projects, quality improvement initiatives, and the development of anesthesia protocols aligned with national standards.
- Maintain accurate documentation in the electronic medical record system, adhering to legal and regulatory requirements.
- Commit to a morning‑focused practice schedule, ensuring availability for procedures typically scheduled between 08:00 and 12:00.
Requirements
- Medical degree (S3) with a recognized specialization in Anesthesiology.
- Active Surat Tanda Registrasi (STR) and willingness to provide a valid Surat Izin Praktik (SIP).

- Minimum of 0 years of professional experience; recent graduates with strong academic performance are welcome.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain complex medical information clearly to patients and families.
