Responsibilities
- Greeting & Direction: Warmly welcome guests, explain AYCE package rules—including time limits, menu options, and any applicable penalties for leftover food.
- Table Setup: Verify that grill and shabu‑shabu stations are operational, arrange clean tableware, and ensure the seating area is tidy before guests are seated.
- Proactive Service: Continuously refill buffet items, monitor condiment stations, and clear used plates to maintain an inviting dining space.
- Buffet Area Cleanliness: Keep the buffet line spotless, replenish sauces, and ensure all utensils are fully stocked throughout service.
- Team Coordination: Communicate effectively with kitchen and cleaning crews to handle peak‑hour rushes, resolve issues quickly, and support smooth kitchen flow.
- Guest Satisfaction: Anticipate guest needs, respond promptly to requests, and create a friendly atmosphere that encourages repeat visits.
- Shift Management: Adhere to scheduled shifts, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays, while maintaining punctuality and reliability.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; preference for graduates of Culinary Arts, Tourism, or Hospitality programs.
- Age limit: 21 years or younger.

- At least 1 year of experience as a server in the food‑and‑beverage sector, preferably in an AYCE or high‑turnover restaurant.
- Strong communication skills, confidence in interacting with diverse guests, and a courteous demeanor.
