Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Senior Staff Surveyor for Field Data Collection and Analysis to join our dynamic financing division. The successful candidate will operate primarily in the field, conducting comprehensive surveys of prospective borrowers, verifying critical documentation, and providing initial credit assessments that support our loan approval process. This full‑time position follows a Monday‑to‑Saturday work schedule (08:00 – 17:00) and may require travel across the assigned territory.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site surveys of prospective customers who have applied for financing, gathering firsthand information about their personal and business circumstances.
- Verify the authenticity and completeness of essential documents such as KTP, KK, proof of address, employment letters, and income statements.
- Visit residential homes or business premises to confirm the accuracy of the data provided and to assess the overall risk profile.
- Perform preliminary financial analysis to gauge the borrower’s repayment capacity, using both quantitative metrics and qualitative observations.
- Prepare detailed survey reports and input all findings accurately into the company’s CRM/loan management system.
- Collaborate closely with the marketing team, credit analysts, and other relevant departments to communicate survey outcomes and discuss credit eligibility.
- Ensure that every field activity complies with internal SOPs, regulatory guidelines, and the company’s ethical standards.
- Maintain professional relationships with customers, dealers, and partners, fostering trust and long‑term cooperation.
- Identify and flag potential credit risks based on field observations, providing actionable insights to risk‑management teams.
- Support the seamless progression of financing applications by delivering timely and reliable data to the approval workflow.
- Continuously improve field‑survey techniques by staying informed about market trends, emerging data‑collection tools, and best practices in credit underwriting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate or Bachelor degree) in any discipline.
- Age not exceeding 31 years; all genders are welcome.
- Zero to several years of experience in field surveying, marketing, or financing; prior exposure to credit assessment is a strong plus.
- Excellent communication and analytical skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
- Demonstrated ability to work independently in a mobile, target‑driven environment.
- Own a reliable motorcycle and hold a valid SIM C (motorcycle driving licence).
- In‑depth knowledge of the designated geographical area, including local routes and community contacts.
- Proficiency with smartphones, GPS, and relevant field‑data applications (e.g., mobile CRM, photo capture, digital signature).
- Personal attributes: honesty, meticulousness, discipline, strong sense of responsibility, and adaptability to change.
- Ability to work both autonomously and as part of a collaborative team.
- Willingness to be stationed in the location assigned by the company.
