Introduction

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Order Retrieval (TO) Representative to join our expanding team in the Meulaboh area. This role is pivotal in driving our sales pipeline by actively acquiring customer orders, fostering strong relationships, and ensuring seamless order processing from initial contact to final delivery. Responsibilities

  • Identify and approach prospective customers within the Meulaboh region to generate new sales leads.
  • Conduct face‑to‑face and phone consultations to understand client needs and present appropriate product solutions.
  • Accurately capture and input order details into the CRM system, ensuring all information is complete and error‑free.
  • Coordinate with the logistics and warehouse teams to guarantee timely order fulfillment and delivery.
  • Maintain a daily activity log, track sales metrics, and report progress against targets to the regional sales manager.
  • Perform market analysis to monitor competitor activities, pricing trends, and emerging opportunities.
  • Provide after‑sales support, addressing any customer inquiries, complaints, or order adjustments promptly.
  • Participate in regular sales training sessions and team meetings to continuously improve product knowledge and sales techniques.
  • Utilize a personal Android smartphone (minimum 4 GB RAM) for mobile CRM access, navigation, and communication.
  • Adhere to company policies, safety standards, and ethical sales practices at all times.

Requirements

  • Gender: Open to all genders.
  • Education: Minimum SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3 or higher is preferred.
  • Age: Up to 30 years old.
  • Experience: At least 1 year of sales or customer‑facing experience; fresh graduates with strong sales passion are encouraged to apply.
  • Key Skills:
    • Excellent business communication and negotiation abilities.
    • Strong analytical mindset for competitive analysis.
    • Goal‑oriented with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Self‑motivated, proactive, and capable of working independently.
    • Familiarity with the Meulaboh market and local customer preferences.
  • Technical Requirements: Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM.
  • Transportation: Valid SIM C driver’s license and personal motorbike for travel within the assigned territory.
  • Work Schedule: Monday – Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00.
