We are expanding our operations in Sorong and are looking for a motivated and reliable Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan to join our dynamic team. The role involves direct interaction with customers, on‑site data verification, and the collection of outstanding payments while upholding the company’s reputation for professionalism and integrity.
Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site visits to residential and commercial customers to verify outstanding balances and collect payments.
- Negotiate repayment plans with clients, ensuring clear communication of terms and fostering positive relationships.
- Maintain accurate, timely, and detailed visit reports using our mobile data‑entry system.
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly collection targets and proactively adjust strategies to meet or exceed them.
- Identify and report any discrepancies or potential fraud observed during field visits.
- Update customer address maps and area databases to improve route efficiency.
- Coordinate with the central office for follow‑up actions, legal escalations, or additional support when required.
- Ensure compliance with all local regulations, including proper handling of personal data and safe driving practices.
- Participate in regular training sessions on negotiation techniques, data security, and customer service excellence.
Requirements
- Age between 18 and 40 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in collection or field data gathering; 2 years preferred.
- Valid Indonesian driver’s license (SIM C) and ownership of a reliable two‑wheel vehicle.
- Strong knowledge of the Sorong area, including main streets, neighborhoods, and commercial zones.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to handle difficult conversations professionally.
- Active listening, problem‑solving mindset, and a high level of personal integrity.
- Ability to work independently, manage time efficiently, and adapt to changing schedules.
- Male candidates only, as specified by the client’s operational requirements.
