Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic and reliable Staf Operasional dan Kru Pendukung to join our thriving Food & Beverage (F&B) team at the Ciasem branch. This full‑time position offers a fast‑paced environment where attention to detail, strong interpersonal skills, and a passion for hospitality are essential. As a key member of our operational crew, you will play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to our guests while supporting the smooth functioning of the outlet.
Responsibilities
- Operate the cash register efficiently, process payments, and maintain accurate daily sales reports.
- Provide friendly and prompt service as a waiter or bar attendant, ensuring guest orders are taken correctly and delivered in a timely manner.
- Assist in inventory management by receiving deliveries, checking stock levels, and updating the store management system.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area, bar, and back‑of‑house workstations in accordance with health and safety standards.
- Support the kitchen staff by coordinating table turnover, communicating special requests, and handling minor food plating tasks when needed.
- Monitor and reconcile cash drawers at the beginning and end of each shift, reporting any discrepancies to management.
- Collaborate with fellow team members to ensure smooth shift transitions, covering breaks, and handling peak‑hour traffic.
- Participate in regular training sessions on product knowledge, POS systems, and customer service techniques.
- Respond to guest feedback, resolve minor issues on the spot, and escalate more complex concerns to the supervisor.
- Adhere to all company policies, including uniform standards, punctuality, and confidentiality of business information.
Requirements
- Male candidates only, age 25 years or younger.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of hands‑on experience in the F&B industry, preferably in cashier, waiter, or bar roles.
- Strong numerical ability and comfort with cash handling and POS systems.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Ability to work quickly and efficiently under pressure while maintaining high accuracy.
- Willingness to be stationed permanently at the Ciasem location and reside in or near the area.
- Flexibility to work Monday through Saturday, with shifts from 08:00 to 17:00.
- Basic knowledge of store management software and inventory control is a plus.
- Demonstrated reliability, punctuality, and a strong work ethic.
