Responsibilities
- Actively present and sell Home Credit Indonesia payment products to walk‑in customers in the store.
- Demonstrate the benefits of HCI financing options, answering questions and guiding customers through the application process.
- Utilize personal Android smartphones to create and share engaging social‑media content that promotes HCI products and drives foot traffic.
- Assist customers in completing the necessary documentation, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal policies.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge, including interest rates, repayment terms, and promotional offers.
- Track daily sales metrics, report performance to the store manager, and strive to meet or exceed individual targets.
- Collaborate with store staff to ensure a seamless checkout experience and proper handling of financing transactions.
- Provide after‑sales support, following up with customers to resolve any issues and encourage repeat business.
- Uphold the store’s visual standards, keep promotional materials organized, and ensure the sales area remains clean and inviting.
- Participate in regular training sessions and share best practices with teammates.
Requirements
- Age: 18‑35 years (maximum 40 years for senior roles).
- Education: Minimum high school diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Experience: Prior sales experience is a plus, but fresh graduates are also encouraged to apply.
- Professional appearance and strong personal grooming.
- Own an Android smartphone with internet capability for social‑media activities.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is advantageous.
