Responsibilities

- Maintain consistent drink quality by mastering latte art, proper extraction times, and precise milk steaming techniques.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems, handle cash transactions, and accurately process customer orders.
- Ensure a clean, organized, and welcoming dining area by regularly sanitizing workstations, equipment, and seating.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to coordinate food orders, restock supplies, and manage inventory levels.
- Demonstrate strong multitasking abilities by juggling drink preparation, order taking, and customer inquiries during peak hours.
- Provide friendly, attentive service, addressing guest feedback promptly and professionally.
- Participate in regular training sessions to stay current on new menu items, brewing methods, and safety protocols.
- Assist in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, equipment shutdown, and daily reporting.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience operating commercial coffee machines.
- Strong multitasking skills with the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Friendly demeanor and excellent communication abilities.
- Team‑player mindset; willingness to support colleagues and share knowledge.
- Preferred residence in Ciwidey or surrounding areas to facilitate reliable commuting.
