- Serve dishes and drinks efficiently, checking back frequently to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needs.
- Handle the cash register, process payments, issue receipts, and reconcile daily sales reports with precision.
- Maintain a clean and organized dining area, including resetting tables, polishing cutlery, and monitoring the floor for any hazards.
- Collaborate closely with kitchen staff, fellow waitstaff, and management to coordinate service flow and resolve any issues swiftly.
- Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards, ensuring all health regulations are met at all times.
- Assist in inventory checks for napkins, cutlery, and condiments, and alert supervisors when supplies need replenishment.
- Provide recommendations on menu items, specials, and beverage pairings, showcasing in‑depth knowledge of the cuisine.
- Work flexible hours, including weekends and public holidays, to meet the restaurant’s operational demands.
Requirements
- Honest, disciplined, and proactive with a strong sense of initiative.
- Excellent personal hygiene and a polished appearance suitable for a customer‑facing role.
- Maximum age of 28 years; must be single as per company policy.
- Minimum education: SMP/MTS or equivalent.
- Prior experience as a waiter/waitress is preferred; fresh graduates with a strong service mindset are also encouraged to apply.
- Ability to work full‑time and be available on holidays and weekends.
- Strong team player who can collaborate effectively under pressure.
- High level of responsibility, reliability, and ability to multitask in a busy environment.
- Fluency in Indonesian; basic English communication skills are a plus.
- Physical stamina to stand for extended periods and carry trays safely.
