Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Sales Executive to lead and grow our market presence in Lombok and the surrounding regions of West Nusa Tenggara. This full‑time role is ideal for a results‑driven professional with a minimum of two years of proven sales experience, preferably in home appliances or fast‑moving consumer goods (FMCG). The successful candidate will be responsible for expanding our distribution network, building strong customer relationships, and delivering on aggressive sales targets while working independently in a mobile capacity.
Responsibilities
- Identify and develop new sales territories within Lombok and adjacent areas, expanding market share and increasing overall sales volume.
- Conduct regular field visits to retail outlets, distributors, and key accounts to monitor performance, gather market intelligence, and ensure product visibility.
- Design and present tailored sales strategies aligned with corporate objectives, incorporating pricing, promotion, and merchandising plans.
- Prepare and submit detailed sales reports, including KPI dashboards, forecast analyses, and trend assessments to senior management on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to recommend actionable insights and strategic adjustments.
- Lead, mentor, and motivate a small team of sales representatives, providing coaching on negotiation techniques, product knowledge, and customer service excellence.
- Collaborate closely with marketing, logistics, and product development teams to ensure seamless product launches and promotional campaigns.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge of industry regulations, local consumer preferences, and emerging technologies that could impact sales performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, ethical standards, and legal requirements while representing the brand professionally in the field.
Requirements
- Minimum education: High School (SMA/SMK) or equivalent; a bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
- At least 2–3 years of hands‑on sales experience, ideally in the home appliances or FMCG sectors.
- Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets consistently.
- Strong analytical skills with the capability to interpret sales reports, market data, and KPIs.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written.
- High level of integrity, self‑motivation, and initiative.
- Proven leadership qualities with experience managing or guiding a sales team.
- Willingness and ability to work mobile, covering the entire West Nusa Tenggara region and nearby islands.
- Proficiency with standard office software (Microsoft Office, Excel) and familiarity with CRM tools.
