Introduction

PT Tomatok Global Indonesia is seeking a dynamic Senior Account Executive – Client Relationship Management to join our fast‑growing team in the heart of Jakarta’s SCBD district. This full‑time, on‑site role offers a competitive salary of IDR 6‑8 million per month and a vibrant work schedule from Monday to Friday, 08:00‑18:00. As a subsidiary of TOMATOK Messenger, a blockchain‑based De‑Fi global messenger service, you will play a pivotal role in bridging cutting‑edge Web3 solutions with enterprise clients across the financial and technology sectors.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong, long‑term relationships with existing and prospective clients, acting as the primary point of contact for all account‑related matters.
  • Lead end‑to‑end content production cycles, including ideation, visual design, basic video editing, scriptwriting, caption creation, publishing, and performance reporting.
  • Create compelling, platform‑specific content for social networks such as TikTok, Instagram, Threads, Facebook, X (Twitter), and LinkedIn, ensuring each piece aligns with brand voice and audience preferences.
  • Collaborate with internal product, design, and engineering teams to translate technical features into clear, market‑ready messaging.
  • Prepare and deliver marketing collateral, proposals, and presentations that effectively showcase the value of Tomatok’s Web3 De‑Fi ecosystem.
  • Educate potential clients on the benefits of our Solana‑based crypto wallet, AI‑driven chat & translation services, voice call solutions, and GameFi offerings.
  • Monitor social media trends, platform algorithms, and fintech industry developments to continuously refine outreach strategies.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as engagement rates, lead conversion, and client satisfaction, and provide actionable insights to senior leadership.
  • Ensure timely follow‑up on client inquiries, negotiate contract terms, and coordinate onboarding processes.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in account management, digital marketing, or client‑facing roles within the fintech or technology industry.
  • Fluent English; proficiency in Korean is a strong advantage (please list language levels on your resume).
  • Confident on‑camera presence with a polished, professional appearance.
  • Deep understanding of social media trends, platform algorithms, and best practices for content distribution.
  • Hands‑on experience with design and video tools such as Canva and CapCut.
  • Prior agency experience or exposure to high‑volume client portfolios is a plus.
  • Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data, generate reports, and make data‑driven recommendations.
  • Exceptional communication and negotiation skills, coupled with a collaborative, team‑oriented attitude.
  • Self‑motivated, able to work independently, meet tight deadlines, and adapt to a fast‑paced startup environment.
  • Willingness to work from the office in Sudirman, Jakarta (WFO).
