Introduction

The successful candidate will act as the face of the company in the field, driving product adoption, conducting market surveys, and delivering measurable sales growth within an assigned territory. Responsibilities

  • Execute direct sales activities by promoting Indibiz Telkom products to retail outlets, small businesses, and residential customers.
  • Conduct thorough market surveys to identify potential customers, assess competitor activity, and gather feedback on product performance.
  • Collect and deliver product samples and promotional materials to designated sales channels, ensuring inventory levels are maintained.
  • Achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets through proactive prospecting, relationship building, and closing techniques.
  • Negotiate pricing, terms, and service agreements while maintaining the company’s profitability standards.
  • Prepare and submit daily activity reports, sales forecasts, and territory coverage maps using the company’s CRM system.
  • Provide on‑site product demonstrations and training to end‑users, reinforcing product knowledge and usage best practices.
  • Collaborate with the marketing and product development teams to relay field insights that drive product enhancements.
  • Maintain a professional appearance and represent Indibiz Telkom’s brand values at all times.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven sales experience, preferably in telecommunications, consumer electronics, or related fields.
  • Own a reliable motorbike and hold a valid SIM C driving licence.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills; ability to build rapport quickly.
  • Solid understanding of sales cycles and product positioning.
  • Basic computer literacy – comfortable using Microsoft Office, email, and CRM applications.
  • Goal‑oriented mindset with a track record of meeting or surpassing targets.
  • Good physical stamina and mental resilience to work six days a week (Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00).
