Responsibilities

- Guide clients through every step of the transaction process, from initial consultation and property viewings to negotiation, contract preparation, and post‑sale follow‑up.
- Collaborate closely with internal teams—marketing, legal, finance, and property management—to ensure seamless service delivery and client satisfaction.
- Maintain an up‑to‑date knowledge base of local zoning regulations, financing options, and emerging real‑estate trends.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets while adhering to ethical standards and company policies.
- Represent the company at industry seminars, open houses, and community events to enhance brand visibility.
- Provide mentorship to junior consultants, sharing best practices in client relationship management and sales techniques.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of proven experience in sales, preferably within real‑estate or related advisory services.
- Strong command of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating professional documents and presentations.
- Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; proficiency in English is a plus.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.
- Professional appearance and a polished, customer‑focused demeanor.
- Active presence on social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook) to generate leads and promote listings.
- Demonstrated sales development skills, including prospecting, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Flexibility to work Monday‑Saturday, 08:00‑17:00, with occasional evenings or weekends for client appointments.
