Introduction
We are seeking a dedicated Petugas Penjagaan Kontainer Minuman to join our growing beverage distribution network. This role is essential for safeguarding our product containers, ensuring seamless operations across our key branches, and upholding the high standards of hygiene and security that our customers expect. The successful candidate will work in a dynamic environment, collaborating with logistics, warehouse, and sales teams to keep our supply chain moving efficiently.
Responsibilities
- Monitor and secure beverage containers at designated storage locations, ensuring they are protected from theft, damage, and contamination.
- Conduct regular inventory checks, reconcile physical counts with system records, and report any discrepancies promptly.
- Maintain a clean and orderly container area, adhering to company hygiene protocols and safety regulations.
- Coordinate with delivery drivers and warehouse staff to schedule arrivals, departures, and internal movements of containers.
- Document all container movements using the Sistem Manajemen Toko software, ensuring accurate traceability.
- Perform routine inspections of containers for leaks, dents, or signs of tampering, and arrange for repairs or replacements as needed.
- Respond swiftly to any security incidents, complete incident reports, and work with management to implement corrective actions.
- Provide courteous assistance to internal teams and external partners, communicating effectively in both written and verbal forms.
- Assist in training new staff on container handling procedures, safety standards, and best practices.
- Support occasional overtime or shift adjustments to meet operational demands at the Karya Maju and Simpang Rimbo branches.
Requirements
- Female candidates only, maximum age of 30 years.
- Preferably unmarried, reflecting the company’s cultural considerations.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong personal attributes: honesty, responsibility, quick‑thinking, cleanliness, and meticulousness.
- Excellent interpersonal skills with a friendly and professional demeanor.
- Disciplined, eager to learn, and capable of working collaboratively within a team.
- Own reliable transportation to travel between branch locations as required.
- Availability to start work on 29 March 2026.
- Willingness to be assigned to either:
- Karya Maju – morning shift (09:00 – 15:00)
- Simpang Rimbo – full‑day shift (09:00 – 21:00)
- Work schedule: Monday to Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00 (flexible to accommodate branch needs).
- Proficiency with basic computer applications and the Sistem Manajemen Toko for inventory tracking.
