Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Petugas Pengumpulan Data Lapangan to join our growing team in Medan, Sumatra Utara. This role focuses on field data collection, account monitoring, and facilitating timely payment solutions for our customers. Responsibilities
- Conduct on‑site data gathering, verification, and validation for assigned accounts across the Medan region.
- Maintain and update customer account information in the company’s CRM system, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Engage with customers to discuss outstanding installment payments, offering practical solutions and payment plans.
- Negotiate repayment terms while adhering to company policies and regulatory guidelines.
- Provide timely and clear communication to customers regarding payment deadlines, penalties, and incentives.
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly field reports, summarizing collection status, challenges encountered, and recommended actions.
- Collaborate with the central office, finance, and legal teams to resolve disputed accounts and escalated issues.
- Promote a positive company image by delivering courteous, professional, and solution‑focused service during every field interaction.
- Monitor and ensure compliance with safety standards while traveling on a motorized vehicle.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve field processes, data accuracy, and collection efficiency.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; D3/S1 preferred.
- Male candidates only, age not exceeding 28 years.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience in field collection, sales, or customer service.
- Strong negotiation and persuasive communication skills.
- Dynamic, proactive, and able to work independently in a field setting.
- Passion for interacting with customers and solving real‑world problems.
- Own a motorbike with a valid SIM C and willingness to travel extensively within Medan.
- Demonstrated ability to handle confidential data responsibly.
- Excellent time‑management and organizational capabilities.
