Introduction
We are seeking a motivated and detail‑oriented Koordinator Stand Crew (Operasional) to join our dynamic team. This full‑time role is based in the Badas/Pare district and involves overseeing daily operations of our retail and event stands. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring seamless service delivery, maintaining high standards of presentation, and supporting a positive customer experience across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Coordinate and supervise a team of stand crew members during daily operations, ensuring tasks are completed efficiently and on schedule.
- Manage shift rosters, attendance records, and payroll calculations for crew members working Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 17:00.
- Maintain inventory levels, conduct regular stock checks, and liaise with the procurement department to replenish merchandise as needed.
- Ensure that each stand complies with company branding guidelines, visual merchandising standards, and health & safety regulations.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, handling complaints professionally and escalating issues when appropriate.
- Prepare daily operational reports, including sales performance, staffing levels, and incident logs, and present findings to senior management.
- Train new crew members on standard operating procedures, product knowledge, and effective communication techniques.
- Collaborate with marketing and events teams to set up promotional displays, product launches, and seasonal campaigns.
- Conduct regular audits of cash handling, POS systems, and transaction records to ensure accuracy and prevent losses.
- Continuously seek opportunities to improve operational workflows, reduce waste, and enhance customer satisfaction.
Requirements
- Female candidates only; maximum age of 27 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- Strong sense of honesty, responsibility, and meticulous attention to detail.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia.
- Ability to work flexible shift schedules, including weekends.
- Preferred residence in Kec. Badas or Kec. Pare to facilitate timely attendance.
- Basic understanding of store management systems or point‑of‑sale (POS) software.
- Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or event coordination is advantageous but not mandatory.
