Responsibilities
- Collect packages from designated pick‑up locations, verifying shipment details and ensuring proper handling.
- Deliver parcels to recipients within the assigned zone, confirming receipt and obtaining signatures when required.
- Utilize the company’s mobile application to receive real‑time delivery assignments, update status, and report any issues.
- Plan efficient routes using Google Maps or similar navigation tools to minimize travel time and fuel consumption.
- Maintain the condition of your motorbike, ensuring it meets safety standards and is kept clean and operational.
- Provide courteous and professional customer service, addressing recipient inquiries and handling special delivery instructions.
- Report any incidents, delays, or damaged goods to the operations team promptly.
- Adhere to all traffic regulations and company policies regarding safety and package handling.
- Participate in periodic training sessions to stay updated on new processes, technology upgrades, and safety protocols.
Requirements
- Minimum age: 18 years (maximum age: 50 years).
- Education: Minimum senior high school (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
- Valid Indonesian driving license (SIM C) with an active motor vehicle registration (STNK) and tax for at least three months from the date of application.
- Own a well‑maintained motorbike suitable for urban deliveries.
- Own an Android smartphone with at least 4 GB RAM and running Android 10.0–16.0 or newer.
- Proficient in reading maps and using navigation apps such as Google Maps.
- Strong time‑management skills and the ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly demeanor toward customers.
- Ability to work Monday through Saturday, 08:00 – 16:00, with placement aligned to the candidate’s residential area.
