Introduction
We are seeking a dynamic Floor Leader for our restaurant located in the Magetan region. This pivotal role is responsible for overseeing daily floor operations, ensuring seamless service delivery, and maintaining the highest standards of food quality and customer satisfaction. The successful candidate will be a hands‑on leader who can juggle multiple stations, coach a diverse crew, and drive operational excellence in a fast‑paced Food & Beverage environment.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and support crew members across all stations, including cashier, server, kitchen, production, and barista areas.
- Execute restaurant opening and closing procedures, perform stock opname, and ensure accurate inventory control.
- Monitor and evaluate crew performance, providing real‑time feedback and coaching to improve service standards.
- Coordinate shift schedules, manage staffing levels, and handle labor cost optimization.
- Lead onboarding and training programs for new hires, fostering a collaborative and safety‑first culture.
- Act as the primary point of contact for vendors, reviewing product quality, negotiating deliveries, and ensuring compliance with brand specifications.
- Maintain a clean, safe, and compliant work environment in accordance with health regulations and company policies.
- Prepare daily reports on sales, labor, and inventory for senior management review.
- Respond promptly to guest concerns, turning potential issues into positive experiences.
- Support promotional initiatives and seasonal menu launches to drive revenue growth.
Requirements
- Minimum education: D3/D4 (Associate) or S1 (Bachelor) in any field.
- Age limit: 30 years old or younger.
- At least 1 year of experience in the Food & Beverage industry, preferably in a supervisory or floor‑lead role.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- Proven leadership abilities with a track record of motivating and developing staff.
- Good health with no chronic medical conditions that could impede job performance.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Analytical skills for inventory control, conflict management, and performance analysis.
- Proficiency in presenting reports, managing schedules, and adhering to standard operating procedures.
