Introduction

We are seeking a motivated and customer‑focused Customer Service Representative to join our fast‑growing support team. The successful candidate will be the front‑line ambassador of our brand, handling inquiries, resolving issues, and identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience. Responsibilities

  • Handle inbound and outbound customer inquiries with a friendly, professional demeanor, ensuring each interaction reflects the company’s high service standards.
  • Diagnose and resolve complaints promptly, providing clear, actionable solutions while documenting each step in the CRM system.
  • Maintain accurate customer records, including interaction notes, service requests, and follow‑up actions, to support seamless data continuity across departments.
  • Guide customers toward the most suitable products and services based on their unique needs, leveraging deep product knowledge to recommend value‑added solutions.
  • Identify upselling and cross‑selling opportunities, presenting premium or advanced offerings that align with the customer’s usage patterns and preferences.
  • Collaborate closely with technical, sales, and operations teams to expedite issue resolution, sharing insights and feedback that drive continuous improvement.
  • Conduct post‑service follow‑ups to confirm satisfaction, gather feedback, and address any lingering concerns.
  • Prepare and verify installation data for field technicians, ensuring that all required information is complete and accurate before dispatch.
  • Perform routine data checks, updates, and entries to keep the customer database current and reliable.
  • Participate in regular training sessions and team meetings to stay current with product updates, policy changes, and best practices in customer service.

Requirements

  • Minimum education: High School Diploma (SMA/SMK) or equivalent.
  • At least 1 year of proven experience in a customer service or call‑center environment.
  • Strong administrative abilities, including data entry, record‑keeping, and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia, both written and verbal, with a clear, courteous speaking style.
  • Demonstrated ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively in a fast‑paced setting.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and standard office applications (Microsoft Office, Google Workspace).
  • Female candidates only, as specified by the client’s hiring policy.
  • Positive attitude, strong problem‑solving skills, and a genuine desire to help customers achieve satisfaction.
  • Flexibility to work the designated shift of 08:00 – 16:00, with potential for schedule adjustments based on business needs.
