Introduction
We are seeking enthusiastic and versatile individuals to join our dynamic team at a fast‑growing restaurant in Tanah Laut. The position, titled Crew Toko Cabang Tanah Laut, is a full‑time, on‑site role that offers hands‑on experience across all areas of food and beverage service. This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates or candidates with at least one year of experience who want to develop a solid foundation in the hospitality industry while working in a supportive, fast‑paced environment.
Responsibilities
- Learn and master the full range of job‑desks and stations within the restaurant, including cash handling, order taking, food preparation, and cleaning.
- Rotate through key areas such as cashier, server/waiter, noodle station, bar, dim‑sum preparation, production line, and clear‑up duties to ensure operational flexibility.
- Provide courteous, prompt, and accurate service to guests, handling inquiries, special requests, and complaints with professionalism.
- Maintain high standards of food safety and hygiene, adhering to SOPs and local health regulations.
- Assist in inventory checks, stock replenishment, and basic ordering processes under supervision.
- Participate actively in daily briefings, team meetings, and on‑the‑job training sessions to continuously improve service quality.
- Support the shift manager in opening and closing procedures, including cash reconciliation, equipment checks, and reporting.
- Uphold a clean, organized, and safe work environment, promptly addressing any spills, hazards, or maintenance issues.
- Contribute ideas for menu enhancements, service improvements, and promotional activities based on direct customer feedback.
Requirements
- Maximum age of 30 years.
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent.
- At least 1 year of experience in food & beverage, restaurant, or customer service roles (new graduates are also welcome).
- Excellent communication skills and a proactive, energetic attitude.
- Good physical health with no chronic illnesses; ability to stand for long periods.
- Active SKCK (Police Clearance Certificate) with no criminal record.
- Willingness to work a 6‑day shift schedule with one weekday off.
- Readiness to attend store‑based training and participate in rotating station assignments.
- Strong teamwork orientation, flexibility, and a keen eye for detail.
