Responsibilities
- Provide friendly and professional customer service, greeting shoppers, answering inquiries, and assisting with product selections.
- Maintain a clean and organized sales floor, ensuring that displays are well‑stocked, tidy, and visually appealing.
- Assist with inventory management, including receiving shipments, checking stock levels, and performing regular stock counts.
- Operate point‑of‑sale (POS) systems accurately, processing cash and electronic transactions while adhering to cash handling procedures.
- Support promotional activities and merchandising initiatives, setting up special displays and signage as directed.
- Collaborate with other crew members and supervisors to meet daily sales targets and service standards.
- Participate in routine store audits, reporting any discrepancies or maintenance issues to management promptly.
- Uphold company policies regarding safety, hygiene, and security, including regular checks of fire exits and equipment.
- Engage in continuous learning, attending briefings and training sessions to improve product knowledge and service skills.
Requirements
- Minimum education: SMA/SMK or equivalent; fresh graduates are welcome.
- Age range: 18–25 years.
- Gender: Open to all genders.
- Strong personal attributes: honesty, discipline, trustworthiness, and a sense of responsibility.
- Professional appearance and a positive demeanor.
- Excellent verbal communication skills; ability to interact actively with customers and team members.
- Commitment to daily prayers (Shalat), Dhuha, and Quranic study (Mengaji) as part of personal development.
- Basic understanding of store management systems or willingness to learn quickly.
- Physical ability to stand for extended periods and perform light lifting (up to 20 kg).
